[vps-mail] mailman taboo words

I have googled and posted this question to various lists, but, I feel 
like there *has* to be a solution other than procmail or 3party software.

How can I restrict mailman posts that have taboo words in the body?  Is 
there really now way to do this through mailman?  Is a procmail solution 
the one that everyone is taking?  Or, is there a better/easier way?  If 
procmail is the best solution, is someone willing to be hired to do this 
for me on a couple live sites?  Thanks!
