[vps-mail] dynamic From conditions from a list

Suppose you have a condition like this in a recipe:

* From.*(name1|name2)

now, suppose you'd like to make it easier to change these addresses on
the from line using a one per line file or any mechanism.

My guess is that since procmail isn't compiled, and if you aren't
afraid of colisions, the only good solution is to generate the entire
recipe from the list of names. Or can you you INCLUDERC inside a
recipe? (I think not, but I've been wrong before)
