[vps-mail] discreetly copy outgoing email sent to one domain?

From yesterday:

Can anyone tell me if all OUTGOING email to just one domain 
(example.com) can be automatically/discreetly copied to a user on the 
same server (VPS2)?

If so, what are the steps to do it?
