[vps-mail] moving 'vps-mail' list: no (or little) action necessary

Friends,

Two items:

1) I've collated the vps-mail list archives by year, so it's not so
   unwieldy for casual browsing. Enjoy the new layout.

2) I hate to do this, but I need to consolidate my lists under
   'groupmail.org', so the vps-mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx will become
   'vps-mail@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' sometime next week. I'll give one final
   "one-hour" notice before I make the change.

I'll simply move the existing archive and mailing list participants
(you, if you're getting this in email); I anticipate only a few
minutes downtime for the list.

For most people, the only change will be that you'll update an entry
in your email address book or something simple like that. For others,
you may have to change some spam filters or whitelists or things like
that. Mutt users will want to update a 'lists' entry for doing
list-replies.

Anyway, the archives will remain intact but will be found at
http://groupmail.org/lists/vps-mail/ (they're not there yet).
