A less spammer-friendly solution would be to add a DNS entry for
db.myclientsdomain.com <http://db.myclientsdomain.com>. By using
accept_unresolvable_domains to allow e-mail from
db.myclientsdomain.com<http://db.myclientsdomain.com>,
you are also allowing in potential spam from every other made-up
(unresolvable) domain name.
