That's obviously the MAIL FROM: address they're using in the SMTP envelope,
and it should show in the Return-Path: header of the mail if it's sendmail
you're using. Remember, the actual addresses used in the SMTP envelope
don't necessarily have anything whatsoever to do with the To: and From:
headers in the mail itself.
Try this recipe:
