I'm curious - are you doing greylisting on your own personal boxes or
for customers as well? I had run the greylisting idea past a few of
my clients and while they would appreciate spam-reduction, they were
a little wary of having to wait a half-hour to get an email from a
client or contact of theirs.
Some of them talk about being on the phone with someone and having
them send an email, which with greylisting they wouldn't get all
right away.
How have you approached your clients on this feature? Or am I
mis-understanding the greylisting functions?
Matt
