I installed the milter-greylist.
Then cp greylist.conf.sample greylist.conf
cd /etc/mail and make restart (don't know if that was needed).
Is there anything else I need to do to use this package?

K9 never really worked for me, Steve. I used it on my PC for about 6 months
and my accounts are already filtered by SA server side. I found that K9 only
caught a minimal amount of the SPAM that was getting through. Tweaking SA
server side has proved more beneficial that K9 client side. When I moved
into my new computer in my office, I didn't reinstall K9 and likely
wouldn't.

Have you considered something client-side like K9? A bit of pain to
set them up maybe but then it's all on them to manage. They can never
complain about something "the server filtered out."
