Check the NUMERICAL UID and GID (ls -lsn).
The clamav user is now part of the base system and as such has UID and GID
106. Previously it was user assigned (something above 1000).
Try 'chown 106:106 /var/log/freshclam.log'
Obviously check that I got the numerical UID/GID right by grepping through
/etc/group and /etc/passwd.
