[vps-mail] Urchin files - when to toss

I'm building up some residue in my Urchin udata directories for various clients because of Urchin.

My clients casually read Urchin files, take note, and move on. Comparing this year with last year to do detailed analysis isn't not something they do.

So I have a feeling I am keeping these files for nothing.

Here is what it looks like in one folder:
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 293792 Feb 6 01:10 200501-cdata.udb
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 826820 Feb 6 01:10 200501-udata.udb
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 3984044 Mar 6 01:10 200502-cdata.udb
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 1473860 Mar 6 01:10 200502-udata.udb
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 3984044 Apr 3 01:10 200503-cdata.udb
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 1445748 Apr 3 01:10 200503-udata.udb
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 123932 Apr 10 01:10 200504-cdata.udb
-rw-r--r-- 1 seiterva vuser 395012 Apr 10 01:10 200504-udata.udb
-rw-rw-rw- 1 seiterva vuser 163 Apr 10 01:10 prefs.udb

Can't I just toss these January through March files without penalty?

So long as my clients get this month's snapshot, I think they would be happy.

Jud.
