[vps-mail] white/blacklist user_prefs editors

I think this was discussed in the past but I can't find it so I'll ask
again...
Does anyone have, or know of, an easy interface for clients to add to the
user_prefs file for the whitelist and blacklist. Anyone have one that is
working for them? Something that allows client to simply add or remove email
addresses from the user_prefs file without mucking things up?

I found one that looks good called phpsaadmin (Demo at
http://www.aub.dk/~misak/phpsaadmin/index.php -- Login with demo/demo), but
it hasn't been updated for SA 3.x and in looking at it I think it only works
with the database and not the user_prefs file. There is another one called
webuserprefs at http://webuserprefs.pipegrep.net/ which has been updated but
I can't get it to work yet and can't find a lot of support or details about
it to even know if it is worth working through the permissions/authorities
issues I've had.

So, again, the question is whether anyone has something that is more user
friendly than the iManager editor; something like the phpsaadmin program but
for non-database user_prefs file editing. Specifically, usable for the
whitelist and blacklist (I may remove most of the other non-white/black list
configuration options so those aren't that important anyway).

Thanks,

Jim Smith
