For those that use swish-e, I got a log file of 3megs of errors, one
for each line of each file parsed, because of this libxml2 update.
There is something with the conversion between Latin and UTF-8 or
something. Since this just happened, there is little about it in the
swish mailing list, one siongle post. Other issues appear to be an
extended character é not displaying in PHP using gd.
