[vps-mail] Domain transfers

Hi,

I think this is worth mentioning here albeit slightly OT:

The domain transfer tool in the reseller interface tells you it has
"sent email to admin for this domain : somone@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" or
something like that.

After several tries recently I wrote support and found that the script
used doesn't parse .INFO domains properly. It says the email was sent
but doesn't send it. This is good to know for a couple of fairly
obvious reasons involving time critical transfers and your customer
saying "weren't you supposed to..." and you answering "I tried several
times, it must be the current registrar..."
