Abigail,

Yes, and be careful because if this limit is too low, it infuriates
clueless users who ask for 12 meg files that contain a single
Powerpoint still image. PLus, as we all know, sendmail errors are
stuck inside all the SMTP RFC stuff and almost no one reads the actual
reason the mail was rejected.
