Per Tech Support:
When the libraries were updated on the VPS v2, the package database for
libiconv seems to be missing some required files. The +CONTENTS file in
particular.
An alternate way to delete the package which is sucessful despite that fact
the libiconv isn't registered correctly is:
# pkg_info |grep clamav
pkg_info: can't find package 'libiconv-1.9.2_1' installed or in a file!
# pkg_delete clamav-0.75.1
However, if you do this and then try to do a 'make install' it does not
work, so . . .
