I do not want to deal with client complaints about lost email, but clients
want server side spam filtering.
On my shared VPS, where customers come from "all walks of life":
So.... I use the spamhaus RBL, which cuts out a bunch.
Then I enable spamassassin using individual .procmailrc and
.spamassassin/user_prefs files.
The users are told up front that they are running it at their own request
and that service is limited to turning it off.
