[vps-mail] In bl.spamcop.net

My vps2 wound up in bl.spamcop.net the other day. My 48 hours is probably 
almost up.

I called Verio Tech Support and they deny having any spamcop notifications 
for my IP in their abuse queue.

Has anybody ever been through this process before?
