[vps-mail] order of email rejections

Hi

I have a blacklists setup in sendmail ona vps1 solaris box.  One of our 
clients is listed in the blacklist, the open relays list, because they 
havehtier own mail server.  I know I have to contact the relays list 
people but I need a quick fix for right now.  Can I just add thier IP 
address to the access file as allow all to bypass the blacklists?  Any 
other suggestions would be helpful.
