You can always do it manually:
1) Remove any mention of clamav-milter in the system startup scripts.
2) Remove the milter references in sendmail.mc, make cf, make install-cf,
make restart-mta.
3) Add this to your system-wide procmailrc:
:0
CLAMAV=|/usr/local/bin/clamscan --disable-summary --stdout --mbox -
Then build recipes which will test $CLAMAV for the string
"FOUND: xxxxxx"
