Oops! (My bad). I looked again at the URL I followed and see that the "spews" 
was a subdomain of the sorbs.net second-level domain.

That explains my confusion noted above...

Judging from your e-mail address, I gather that you are responsible (at least 
in part) for the spamcop dnsbl. Thanks! (You are doing the Internet a great 
service!)
