Did you look at the headers to see why? I believe adding an address to the whitelist gives it score of -100. That's way more points than most spams will ever get. If SA put this mail in the spam category, it must have been a real "winner" or SA whitelist_from didn't work right.
Looking at the scores in the headers will explain more, and I'm sure we'd all be interested in that.
