RE: [vps-mail] BAYES is triggering way to much good email

For site-wide configurations (i.e. local.cf) you need to restart spamd
to read any changes to the config. i.e. kill the spamd process and
restart with whatever your spamd start command is. E.g. mine is spamd
--daemonize --socketpath=/var/run/spamd.sock
--pidfile=/var/run/spamd.pid

For user configs (e.g. $HOME/.spamassassin/user_prefs) you do not need
to restart. The config is read at the time of the message receipt.
