Well the date doesn't really matter, but we can change it to
December 2003. If you are going to post text on your
website, then go ahead and make the change. It is fine with
me if you do post it, just include my name on it somewhere &
the date so people know when it was written.

One reason I posted it was that I was also going to ask
Scott to change the "Running RBL checks in SpamAssassin" link at
http://perlcode.org/tutorials/spamassassin/ to point to the
new message once it is archived.

I've been getting a lot of questions about the old one
(including lots of "where is it") and wanted to clarify some
points plus add in instructions for VPS2.
