I've never tried it, but I notice that recipe 6.8 in the sendmail Cookbook
(O'Reilly, 2004, ISBN 0-596-00471-0), pp. 226-29, is entitled: "Filtering
Outbound Mail with procmail." You might be able to get that to work.
I filter outbound mail for viruses using clamav-milter. (I imagine that must
be the *real* reason you want to filter .pif and .scr messages?)
