[vps-mail] spamd startup options

Folks,
For VPS 1 spamassassin setup, I removed the -c option from spamd so
that the .spamassassin/user_prefs file will not be automatically
created. What I want to know is:
a) would you prefer to have the -c option (i.e., automatically create
~/.spamassassin/user_prefs in users' home directories)
b) leave the -c option out (i.e., don't create user_prefs)
c) make it another question during the vinstall (with default on or off?)
Send replies to me directly.
Scott
