I found a page called "Installing clamav-milter from FreeBSD Ports" at
http://www.technoids.org/clamav-milter.html
I used very similar steps to install the milter version of clamav on my VPS2,
and it is working fine.
FYI, if you use the vinstalled clamav (which uses procmail, last I checked),
it won't filter outgoing mail AFAIK. (Well that is kind of a lie--but it is
*hard* to make it filter outgoing mail!) The milter version of clamav has no
problem filtering outgoing mail.
