Following is an error that one of my users is getting:
Forwarded From: Mail Delivery Subsystem <MAILER-DAEMON@.MISSING-HOST-NAME.>

Whenever I send mail to his domain or anyone else sends mail to his domain.
This was happening the other day so I removed his user account and created a
new one. It was fine for a little while and then the same thing. Another
user one server has the problem intermittently it seems, from looking at the
PostMaster mail. The domain (altacrossing.com) only has one user and so he is
the catchall. Any address should work.
Any ideas why this is happening? He had another domain that was having the
same problem but that domain has since been removed from my servers so I can't
test it.
I tried running sendmail from the CLI with the -v option and got this:
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
# sendmail -v testing@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
blah blah blah

All other users on the server are fine. I deleted his mail file in /var/mail
and when I send another message the mail file was created but nothing was in
it and I still got the bounce error message.
Thanks,
