[vps-mail] Special Characters in Subject

I have a question, I know this has been brought up in the past, but I can't
find the email. I am getting a lot of spam lately that looks like the
following in the subject line:

 

Got XA:n:ax - v|@grA ( Valiu+m+ ? At|v@.n ` |S|oma < /P/ntermin yN0kb

 

I am wondering if anyone has a procmail rule they can share that will look
for characters such as / \^ | in the subject of the message.
