[vps-mail] uninstalling sendmail / installing qmail

Hi

I was wondering if anyone would like to offer me some aid in uninstalling
sendmail and installing qmail.  This would be done on a new vps2.  I really
don't know how to uninstall sendmail.  I think I can install qmail just fine
though.  Any advice would be much appreciated.
