[vps-mail] SA 2.63 upgrade (VPS 1 only)

Friends,

I've notified everyone who requested to test the new version that they
have an installer ready for their account. If anyone else would like
to try it (I eat my own dogfood, btw--I have it running on my own VPS
1) please let me know ASAP. Otherwise, just wait a couple more weeks
for the release cycle to proceed and you'll have the "real" vinstall.
