Is the subject always the same ("OMG look at this")?  If so,
I'd just add it to my procmail filters - though you could
also filter based on specific text in the local.cf file.

I have a procmail filter that looks basically like this:

# Test: Spam Subject
:0H
* 1^0 ^Subject:.*1 month supply free
* 1^0 ^Subject:.*Attention all DVD lovers
* 1^0 ^Subject:.*Amazing Sex
{
  LOG="Spam Subject "
  :0
  /var/mail/spamdeath
}

So it would just be a matter of adding an additional line -
I don't try to make this filter comprehensive, but basically
if I see something bypassing S/A with a distinctive subject
line, I just add it to the procmail list rather than trying
to lose sleep over tweaking SA.
