[vps-mail] webmail troubles

2 strange issues:

1) after upgrading a VPS1 B from PHP 4.3.2 to 4.3.4 webmail interface stopped working with pop accounts but still works fine with
imap.

2) imanager 2.11 on US VPS1 works fine with email address (instead of account name) as login
   imanager 2.11 on DE VPS1 DOES NOT work with email address as login

Any ideas?
