Yes, once spamassassin gets it (i.e., procmail has it first), the
envelope has already been discarded by sendmail. You may be able to
figure out some trick with aliases and virtmaps to have mail for a
domain get processed.
I don't know how much information you'll find in the sendmail docs;
you'll probably have to get into the bat book (O'Reilly's _sendmail_)
for writing these kinds of rules.
