[vps-mail] Spamassassin update/ and razor use

Hi.

We have been using spam assassin on VPS1 for several months. I believe there
have been updates to spamassassin since then. My first question is what is
the safest way to update.

Also, I would like to start using Razor. If this possible, and if so, how do
you install?
