You can use both, although for convenience I think it is
easier to migrate everything to access when you have a
chance. I found this out the hard way when someone legit.
complained that their email was being bounced, and I
couldn't figure out why since it wasn't listed anywhere in
the access file. Finally, after much wasted time, I
remembered to check the spammers file and found their ISP
was blocked there.
