[vps-mail] Allow a NJABL Blocked IP to E-mail

Hello everyone,

I am not certain this is the correct list to ask this question, if it is
not could someone point me in the correct direction, thanks.

I have a client who receives a newsletter from an IP that is blocked by
dnsbl.njabl.org.  He insists he wants to receive this newsletter even
though NJABL has the IP listed as an open relay.  Is there anyway to
keep using NJABL, however allow this specific IP address to go through?

I like what NJABL does, but I don't want to lose this client because of
a specific newsletter.
