Thanks for responding, interesting. But I recall reading in some 
procmail page that scoring recipes are heavier in resource use than the 
egrep (name1|name2). At any rate, this doesn't address my "dream" which 
would look more like this:

* ^From:.*{lookup("/path/to/spammerlist.dat")}

I must go back to that procmail page because I believe there actually is 
 a way to read files, but it isn't as easy as above.
