[vps-mail] Use spamcop with SA?

A client asked me if there's a way to use spamcop's blacklist with 
Spamassassin.

It doesn't look like bl.spamcop.net is one of the built in blacklist 
DNSs, so is this possible?  Spamcop didn't have any direct 
instructions nor did spamassassin that I could find.
