can anyone help in the best and easy way to
teach/show our clients how to add recepies to
spamassasin, editing the files and how to block
emails for content rather than sender.
Not an enthousiastic answer, but I sincerely hope a
helpful one:
I would suggest telling your clients to get Mozilla or
Thunderbird or a local filter program of some kind if
they must use OE or other email client. Mozilla based
clients have a Bayes junk filter that works very well.

Concocting recipes for spamassassin is IMO not a
trivial matter. A lot of it involves Perl regular
expressions and playing with the scoring files. Pretty
soon they'll break something bad enough to need help
and be losing mail.

I know how to do it and I would never suggest to any
customer of mine that they should try. If they could
understand that stuff they wouldn't need our help in
the first place!
