Nah, you're at the correct level ... you're having a problem that you don't
know the answer for. Looks like there isn't anyone with an answer for the
problem available to provide helpful feedback on this list at this time
though. For what it's worth, I think the other poster was just saying if
you're unfamiliar with the terms, you're likely not using those database
lists. No foul intended.

You might want to contact support by email or phone and see if someone there
can provide feedback on why the Solaris platform is having this problem. I'd
be very interested in learning what the problem/fix is also if you wouldn't
mind providing some feedback after.
