[vps-mail] spamassassin status

It looks like the SA folks have back-peddled a bit and are now calling
2.60 a beta ("release candidate" is the new euphemism). I'll be
waiting until we get something a little more solid before I commit to
a new release. I hope everyone is ok with this. I'll keep the names
that were sent to me (though I'll ask for them again) for beta
testers.
