Robyn didn't specify the source platform; I'd assumed Robyn had
already figured out that the formats were different and just didn't
know the nomenclature. I'd also assumed it was maildir since that's
fairly common with qmail and only recommended Signature as a place to
find maildir2mbox. I could be wrong on all three assumptions. :)
