AAARGH!!!  Oh no!  How can we lose you????  Verio will never be the same.
(Now I AM worried about the future quality of Verio tech support -- even if
they try harder, I don't see how they can manage  without your sage wisdom)

Well, I wish you luck in your future endeavors, whatever they may be, and
you have my undying gratitude for all you have done so far and your
willingness to continue to maintain the mailing lists..  THANK YOU!!
