I'm surprised that you're able to offer anti-spam as an add-on.  Then 
again, my hosting prices are above the norm ($35/month for a 
subhosting account on a VPS), so your hosting prices may be low 
enough that the add-on still makes sense.

Interesting - so you have VPS #1 handle ALL incoming email, then it 
bounces it to other various VPSs?

Ah, when I see how much time you spend on crafting individual's spam 
preferences, a fee makes sense.  I offer clients either the 'see all 
SA-labeled spam' or 'trash all SA-labeled spam' options

Greatly - thank you :)

But getting back to my original question, I think I just need to run 
my own personal spam thru sa-learn again with all the [spam]-subject 
email that's getting thru.  Those spams are getting tagged as 
BAYES_00 by SA, so it obviously needs to be 'schooled' :)
