With procmail, the only hope you'd have would be to look for the last
legitimate (consecutive) 'Received' header and look for the "for
user@xxxxxxxxxx". This can be done, but it's not for the faint of
heart.
You might want to key off of other characteristics if you're doing
spam scanning, for example.
