So you want to *insert* the headers rather than use them with sendmail,
right?

I'll be taking delivery of my updated "Bat" book and the "Sendmail 8.13
companion" in a day or two so I'll be able to take a look. However, bear in
mind that it'll most likely involve editing the sendmail.cf file manually
if it is at all possible.
