outlook do not display the headers, you have to ask him to do so, also
forwarding an email does not gives you the headers of the forwarded mail
and you will miss completly the envelope. You should ask that he forward
you the complete source of the message. If you have thunderbird it's
just show the source in the view menu, on outlook it's quite more
complicated, just use the help system to see how to do it on this <anti
ms outlook rant>alpha grade email client </anti ms outlook rant> ;)
