Good idea, - I just checked and while I didn't have the first one, I
did have the second one UNcommented. I deleted the
[/option/config/file/path] and we'll see if that fixes it.

The vinstall of clamav puts a couple of duplicate lines into
freshclam.conf. Look for a section like:
# Send the RELOAD command to clamd.
# Default: disabled
NotifyClamd
# By default it uses the hardcoded configuration file but you can force an
# another one.
#NotifyClamd /config/file/path
And see if the second NotifyClamd is commented out like above.
