Ok, that fixed that problem, but now i've got another one: I've got 
two VPS2 accounts, and did the vinstall upgrade on both of them, but 
only one of them is giving me this error when cron runs freshclam 
(but only thru cron -works fine otherwise)

ERROR: Problem with internal logger.
ERROR: Can't open /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log in append mode (check 
permissions!).

I checked that file and its owned by clamav and has the same 
permissions as on my other VPS2 account.

-rw-r-----  1 clamav  clamav  235824 May  4 13:32 freshclam.log

Any thoughts?
