[vps-mail] spamassassin 'groups' ?

I have a client that would like to setup spamassassin for a group of 
users (based on domain name).  Is there an easy way to do this?  I think 
that we would have SA loaded on the server, and then in the global 
settings, only filter through SA based on a set of domains.  Then, the 
individual users of that domain would user iManager (later cpx) to 
manage their white/black lists.

Is this possible?
