You'll need to do this:

  # cd /usr/ports/mail/milter-greylist
  # make
  # make deinstall
  # make reinstall

FYI, relinking /usr/ports will not do anything (unless you've deleted
your symlink to /ports), since the /ports mount is updated at least daily.
